Client: Neutrogena
Wai Teik was invited to be the guest photographer for Asia’s Next Top Model 4. It is a reality television show in which a number of aspiring models compete for the title. The photography challenge involved the brand Neutrogena. Each model is assigned a specific product and water is splashed onto them to portray its hydrating qualities.
This shoot is technically challenging as it required the water droplets to be frozen without motion blur. In order to achieve this effect, the top-end range of lighting equipment is used and its settings must be synced correctly with the camera.
